It was inspiring to know that she had been where I was and had managed to lose so much weight and build her strength up to what it is now. It made me realise that I can do it too if I am consistent. So I gained so much weight when I was pregnant I reached 90 kgs, after I gave birth I really wanted to lose the baby weight but I dint know where to start from and what to do. I came across Mrs K program on IG and got interested to joined. I had a very bad eating habit, i was eating alot coz I thought that would help in milk production for my baby. I started the program when I was 81kgs, it was not easy to change from eating 2 much and every to watching my portions and from not exercising at all to exercising every day. I started the journey in October last year, it was not easy but here I am today. I lost almost 10kgs from portion control and exercise. I love my new eating habit coz now I am able to control what I eat.
